It is fashionable for those on the fringes of spiritual endeavors to talk about the karma of nations, as brought on by the activities of its citizens and/or leaders.
But what can one really learn from conversations with such people?

Try rather to catch the essence of the following passages from an Edgar Cayce reading given to a small group of souls that had come together to search for understanding of God in the early 1930s.  These individuals were instructed from a source, or sources very high indeed, and they had applied themselves to what they were learning.  Here below we tune into what they were learning in lesson ten of The Cross and The Crown of Book 1 of the A.R.E.'s "A Search For God," published in 1942.  It puts the matter of the karma of nations in a view not realized by most people familiar with the usual ideas of karma.
