one year from the date you sign up. On this screen we will need to get your first and last names as
well as the email address to which you wish to have the bulletins sent. A temporary password will be
sent to you at the email address you enter below upon successfully completing this form. You will need
that password to log in for the first time, after which time it may be changed to anything that you prefer.
